      The vision for the future of the company is overall very positive. Clear and concise vision and lots of optimism.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure, tight deadlines and a large workload. Tough to meet time commitments if you have a family.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
