      Opportunity to move to different departments after 6 months or transfer to a different property.

      Cons

      Little to no incentive to maintain the Marriott standard. Lots of hard work for mediocre compensation. Having an incompetent GM will also leave you with a bad experience.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
