Pros
Not many come to mind, maybe free food at planning meetings.
Cons
Mismanagement at every level, from 'leadership' (leadership not observed, just a label), constant chaos and fires to fight, poor planning and terrible management styles - micro management, ridiculous amount of time in meetings, everything is a priority, things break frequently due to poor management requests and just overall low quality IT environment. Heavily democrat / DEI initiatives - meaning unqualified teams delivering lack luster solutions.
