Pros
Good management training, Opportunities for growth and advancement if you are into moving around the country and a good room discount especially during holidays.
Cons
Bad work-life balance and lack of willingness to innovate. Lacks new and a spirit of trying new things. The workforce is full of long time employees that think their way is the best and unique way and why to change. My manager constantly told me to do things using his KISS method. Keep it simple and stupid, in other words, don't try anything new. Also, at my 28, I was the youngest and I was constantly referred as a millennial and everything I did, it was an as the "millennial way".
