Very low pay for skilled positions. Upper management does not respect you and just sees you as a work horse. They will tell you that they are working on getting raises for the team, its always in a couple of months and in a couple of months its in another 2-3 months. They will tell you that you will get a raise for taking on a new position and then refuse to give you the raise that they promised you. They add more and more work and expect you to get everything done is the same time frame.
