Pros
Great Company, decent pay, flexible work environment, team work.
Cons
Impossible to get leadership roles without "Marriott Leadership" experience. Current sales leadership is mostly people in their 50's and older, who were sales leaaders at individual hotels in the 80's and 90's. Now it is very difficult for younger sales professionals (millenials and gen x) to get these regional leadership jobs.
