Pros

They have not yet canceled the 401-K match. They have dropped the minimum amount of hours to hold your benefits for the remainder of the year. WE can have benefits no matter how little we work due to the economy. Big thumbs up here!!!

Cons

You are worked like slaves there, we work much harder and are treated worse, and often talked down too. You have to sign a procedure for everything (mico-managed) I doubt if Nasa has this kind of treatment. Cought managers lying and stealing money (that was to be given to the employees as a bonus) many times. Our bonuses given by a client for the extra that we do. Cash is given to a managager in an envelope for us, but we never see it.

Pros

Great culture, room for growth, transfer within 6 months with good tenure

Cons

I did not have any, I worked with great people, some were not so great but overall. I really enjoyed myself and the work.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
