Pros

Great benefits. Understanding management. Lots of different schedules to choose from. If less hours are taken benefits still given. Have made many friendships. The emphasis is on doing what is best for the guest

Cons

Lately lots of chages but this is understadable in the current economy. Sometimes the desire to help is stymied when help is needed from a higher department so that "If take care of our customers they will take care of us" can not be met.

Not a ton of flexibility in the schedule but with advanced noticed things work out well.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
