      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth and development. Large company easy to stay with the company. Good benfits are offered. Hires and promotes within the company often

      Cons

      Their proformance annual reviews and feedback are designed exceptionally well but they fail to teach management to properly use the review tools and give proper feedback to employees. Management can forget that employees value life outside work when business demand increases leading to downturn in moral in employees

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
