      Pros

      The economic downturn has hit Marriott International hard. Changes in management philosophy are being seen throughout the company and what was a great environment is now just ok.

      Cons

      Lots of politics and layers of management make communications difficult. They could do a better job at delivering the state and goals of the business down the chain.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
