It is disappointing to hear that you feel there are no career prospects as development is something we pride ourselves on. Every Associate is given an individual personal development plan and there is an abundance of training and courses available to Associates to help with the career development. We also invest heavily into our line managers with extensive training to ensure they know how to get the best out of their team around them.
