      Pros

      Wrigley has been a wonderful company to work for. With above-average salaries, extreme flexibility, and many options for upward movement, I couldn't be happier. After being purchased by MARS a few years ago, the open office environment was introduced. Personally, I love being able to have a quick conversation between our entire team without the stipulation of offices, etc. The access to senior leaders is great as well! Casual chats with Directors, VPs, and Site Leaders is common practice. Company culture is spot on with heavy involvement in the community and a true dedication to associate happiness.

      Work Life Balance, Dog Friendly, Inclusion, and overall excellent atmosphere. I am blown away at the communication and willingness to help raise up employees.

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      Cons

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
