      - Lovely team with dedicated individuals. - Perfect team size to get to know everybody. - High work standards and amazing game projects. - Worker's council equivalent.

      Cons

      - No competetive wage, no additional financial benefits. - Low number of vacation days. - Few career opportunities and no senior level. - Year-long phases of physical and more so, mental stress. The company has a no-crunch policy but lacks in actually taking pressure off employees.
