Confusion on focus of organization.

I honestly don’t have one other than my schedule is decent.

Company seems to be in complete denial of reality along with the stores you merchandise. Constantly shouldering blame for other’s responsibilities and problems where your hands are tied behind your back. When asked if the pressure is usually this extreme they just say “it’s part of the job there’s always gonna be some sort of negative feedback loop.” Every store has an immense amount of backstock, and there is no sense of urgency to fix the problem, but there is one to dunk on the first merchandiser they can get their hands on. I was definitely sold on the part of how it’s independent work and I have my own route etc, but didn’t include the receiver might as well be my boss, the reps don’t defend you either and throw fuel into the flame.
