      Pros

      Good work life balance and autonomy, great people to work with at the ground level.

      Cons

      Always pivoting at the whims of the CEO to new projects, barely finishing things we started. Product people don't listen to community, game designers or internal feedback.

      Great Health benefits Great and dedicated team members

      Cons

      Little communication from C level staff on direction. Will only get studio meetings when layoffs are happening. Some toxic leaders that are a parody of the role they hold Company will buy IP and then do nothing with it or focus on the least interesting IP they have.
