Pros
I'm very happy I made the decision to come to Mulesoft. The people are all VERY smart and extremely helpful. Everyone works hard to work together to accomplish goals. The culture feels very collaborative and cross-functional teams are helpful. There is a healthy work/life balance. I feel like I'm learning and growing every single day.
Cons
Working at a big company can be inherently challenging to be seen. It's very important to want to develop a close relationship with your peers, manager, and team or you'll feel like a tiny fish in a big pond. The transfer and communication of information isn't always seamless, but that's any company. With trainings/enablement and resources, information feels chaotic and all over the place.
