      Pros

      Good perks, good people to work with generally, enjoyable work -- the projects can be fun and motivating and for a great purpose.

      Cons

      You don't get to pick your projects, and could end up working long-term on something that you aren't thrilled about. And, the company keeps getting sold and new management coming in, so the constant change in vision and leadership is difficult to keep up with.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
