      Clear vision for the company. Strong brand in Canadian education.

      Cons

      Lacking the talent to realize the company’s vision. Revolving door means foundational market experience is lost and understanding customers is not at the centre of the business. Results in a highly chaotic environment.

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
