      Pros

      Product & company still had a good reputation at that time. Salary & benefits were competitive.

      Cons

      The atmosphere - at least in Sales & Marketing - was horrific. If you originally did not come from that particular area of Germany you became an outsider very quickly. It soon turned out that most people already knew each other from school or even kindergarten before joining the company. The colleagues in other parts of the world seemed to be quite friendly, though.

      * Great work-life balance * Nice teammates, great work environment * Friendly management always open for chit-chat

      * Business has been declining the last few years, some frugality, though management states profits are up last year * Sometimes feels disorganized in some HR things

      Pros

      A global brand with some of the best development teams in the business with a global reach. Excellent interpersonal relations and teams that get the work done.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and therefore not enough money left to pay for enough indians to do the work. Underwhelming product offering with no real direction from management on how to market it. A very young management team.
