      Very pleasant and flexible working relationship. Lots of co-planning opportunities and plenty of room for development.

      Somewhat slow in part in the decision-making process and implementation of concepts.

      * Great work-life balance * Nice teammates, great work environment * Friendly management always open for chit-chat

      * Business has been declining the last few years, some frugality, though management states profits are up last year * Sometimes feels disorganized in some HR things

      Pros

      A global brand with some of the best development teams in the business with a global reach. Excellent interpersonal relations and teams that get the work done.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and therefore not enough money left to pay for enough indians to do the work. Underwhelming product offering with no real direction from management on how to market it. A very young management team.
