      Pros

      When owners were not stressed with their personal issues it was an alright environment

      Cons

      Was let go for no reason after working there for almost two years. I have never had a complaint or been in trouble from the owners before this. When I asked for a reason as to why they fired me they never responded. Would also send rage emails to all staff then come in the next day like nothing happened.

      * Great work-life balance * Nice teammates, great work environment * Friendly management always open for chit-chat

      * Business has been declining the last few years, some frugality, though management states profits are up last year * Sometimes feels disorganized in some HR things

      Pros

      A global brand with some of the best development teams in the business with a global reach. Excellent interpersonal relations and teams that get the work done.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and therefore not enough money left to pay for enough indians to do the work. Underwhelming product offering with no real direction from management on how to market it. A very young management team.
