      Pros

      Flexibility to allow diffenent working hours in case you need. Can work from home when necessary. Can compensate time worked after shift. Good benefits.

      Cons

      * HR is terrible. I had to stay unemployeed for 12 days, working for free while they do their hiring processes. * Salary is not that good * I worked as a contractor for 3 years before Nestlé hired me * They kept the same salary I had as a contractor

      Money is great. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Management is petty and two faced. Training is a joke and they hold you to impossible standards.
