      Intense sales atmosphere, no real opportunity to move into other areas of the business, under notion that "one size fits all" for promotion process and team culture - in or out mentality

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
