      Great product. Great vision. Terrible sales culture.

      During Covid, the CEO appears to have lost his mind. He brought in a new president and CRO, and given them autonomy to do whatever they want. Absolute blind trust.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
