Pros

The company technology is incredible and very impactful to customers. It just works!

Cons

This Fiscal Year sales territories were cut in half, at a minimum, and quotes went up over 35%. Every RSM has the same quote no matter if they have SLED or Named Accounts which is extremely unfair and, quite frankly, lazy. I still have friends there in sales and I feel sorry for them.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
