Pros

- Good culture - Free food on MWF

Cons

Auth0 merger happened more than a year ago and still lots of things to figure out with the changes. I understand, merging tools and processes is hard but it's been a while now and there is still so much disconnect - we still feel like 2 different companies Stock price has gone down SO much in the last year - leadership can be more transparent and come up with an action plan

Employees in sales, account management, and customer success frequently note that quotas are demanding, territories can change unexpectedly during annual restructuring, and pressure to expand accounts can lead to burnout.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
