Like many publicly traded SaaS companies, Okta has aggressive revenue targets. Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
