      Pros

      Snacks in office (sometimes) and nice folks.

      Cons

      Poor management. High turnover/layoffs without warning. Will touch your commission and make moving targets. No communication of upcoming changes. Poor execution of policy shifts. Cutting benefits quarter over quarter.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
