      Overall, Okta is a great place to work but in the last few years things have started to change.

      Cons

      The future direction of the company seems unclear. The annual layoffs lead to a lot of anxiety and uncertainty.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
