      Awesome offices, perks, software is top notch despite increasing competition. I’ve learned a ton and SDR attainment is high for the industry.

      Turnover among leadership, your territory will make or break you. Bottleneck to get promoted. Only the strong survive. If you’re not a rock star and don’t know how to network, you might as well leave

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
