      Good benefits (computer, expenses, travel, etc.), depending on your customer level you can have more. Competitive salaries and decent culture.

      Stock price has sunk and it affected equity bonus over the last 3 years.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
