      Pros

      Things move extremely slow. Innovation is killed by narcissist executive leaders that have no clue about what to do. This company has non-stop meetings where people don't make any decisions. So, even if you want to do your job you can't make any progress! So, do OE and use the meetings excuse to not accomplish anything and cash your check!

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
