Pros
The people are great, dedicated, smart, willing to teach and learn, always striving to put the customer first. The nature of the company as a mission critical piece of infrastructure for some of the biggest companies in the world also helps make it an exciting place to be. Fantastic place to start your career or continue it.
Cons
The company is growing. I've been working here for over 2 and a half years at this point and there are definitely some growing pains. The good news is that everyone, from management to the interns, are contributing to fixing the pain points and ensuring that the start-up culture stays around. Moving fast and executing is definitely a core value at the company.
