Pros

Company Paid Lunch's Solid Product Market Fit Innovative Tech Leadership [SDR] has completely changed good be considered a good thing because the leaders they had in place before hand were terrible and corrupt.

Cons

Lack of AE and Account Team Alignment (Segment Dependent) SMB: Fairly aligned. ENT: Dependent on the territory. Strategic: A complete mess of a disorganized structure. RUN!!!! SDR Perspective: Non-Clear Sales Goals: Sales goals are not well defined or transparent. Changing KPIs: Constantly shifting KPIs make it difficult to understand expectations or measure success. Unattainable Metrics: Metrics set are unrealistic and impossible to achieve. Key Issues: Fake KPIs and Pipeline: Falsifying KPIs and pipeline data is encouraged for certain teams to meet their numbers. BDRs/SDRs are added to opportunities without involvement or contribution. Toxic Leadership: Narcissistic senior leaders lie and put employees in precarious positions where termination becomes a real threat, often with no control over the outcome. Career Growth: Lack of Promotion Opportunities: There are virtually no opportunities for promotions from BDR/SDR to AE. The focus is on layoffs rather than fostering career development. Stagnation: Many SDRs have been in their roles for 2+ years without any path to promotion. Limited Mobility: The constant shifting in the interview process and a lack of room in sales teams mean there's little chance for upward movement. If you're looking for growth or advancement, it doesn’t exist here.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
