      Competitive salary Nothing good except the salary package

      Cons

      People come and go. The person you are working with could be out of Okta the next day without due process. No work-life balance. Managers are liars. No established ot documented process thus no knowledge transfer when starting a job.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
