Pros
Appeared to have good benefits, company kept sending boxes upon boxes of supplies Get to travel and see things never seen before (mostly though just patient's homes as no allotted time for lunch or bathroom breaks built into schedule)
Cons
Poor communication between all departments! Poor internet did not work well in my area or out in field! Awful computer was locked out either daily or every other day so would have to call IT (which was contracted from other countries, not local). Received way too many unnecessary boxes and items would never use, yet did not receive the necessary supplies needed to do the required labs, then when they did arrive later patients were unwilling to have them done in home as wanted to wait and have them done at DR's office . Found out at last minute that NP is responsible not only for building schedule (up to year in advance) and also planning where he/she will be and what hotel would like to stay at which was never discussed at anytime prior till hotel booking was due. Most patients or members are only doing these visits are they are being compensated and had 1 member sit and play on her phone the entire visit then rush NP out to her car and she left. Have to call members night before to confirm appointment and some request a call when you are on your way (which takes extra time). I had decided too many red flags with this job and supplies kept sending boxes for items to be returned without communicating as items were returned and they had spend unneeded money sending boxes via FedEX when I decided to resign as this job was not what it appeared to be. I would say poor communication is one of company's biggest issues that should be addressed.
