Pros

You get great money working here on weekends--especially football weekends. It's definitely easy to make $200 on a busy weekend. Management can be understanding when it comes to requesting time off, but only if you talk to them ahead of time and put in your request really early. The JVP is a really great guy, so it's really refreshing to not be stressed out when he is around.

Cons

Management is absolutely awful here. You feel unappreciated and never receive a thank you when you go out of your way to help. Much of the time, you feel degraded when being talked to by management and help is never readily available when it is needed. Your presence is sometimes not acknowledged at all and it is easy to feel irrelevant to the success of the company. The employee turnover is high, so there are always quite a few people in training, which can really slow down the efficiency of the restaurant as well.

Pros

The store level can be a really rewarding experience, I come to work and genuinely enjoy my job and coworkers.

Cons

Hovering corporate can be a headache. You don't have a say on which location you are sent to after training just a consideration of your location and commute. The bonus system is lacking with metrics that are hard to obtain and only quarterly. Raises are hardly cost of living wages and seniority isnt rewarded as new managers typically come in making as much if not more than senior managers.
