Managers are often screaming their heads off instead of helping, and often threatening termination to those who underperform. Said underperformance is usually the result of wild fluctuations between management overstaffing and understaffing. Zero job security Management NEVER willing to take your side when a problem with a customer arises. The customer is always right, no matter what the circumstances.
