They changed the service model and now bartenders don’t make as much. It’s not even real bartending. And when you try to changed anything they placate you.
The store level can be a really rewarding experience, I come to work and genuinely enjoy my job and coworkers.
Cons
Hovering corporate can be a headache. You don't have a say on which location you are sent to after training just a consideration of your location and commute. The bonus system is lacking with metrics that are hard to obtain and only quarterly. Raises are hardly cost of living wages and seniority isnt rewarded as new managers typically come in making as much if not more than senior managers.
