      Pros

      Staff was great to work with.

      Cons

      The general manager was terrible. She plays favorites and she promoted a member that was arrested at the restaurant for dealing drugs in the parking lot. The turnover was high due to the rampant favoritism. The was no support from the management staff, and the pressure to perform so that you were given a decent schedule and section was stressful. There was no positive motivation to support the staff. Not to mention the location was involved in the wage lawsuit against them.

      I made amazing money there for 2 years.

      Cons

      They reduced sections to 3 or 4 tables. I had run shifts that I had 10 tables and my boss told me "I know u can do it." Friday nights went from $200-$250 nights to less than $100. I made $150 on average serving at a pizza diner 26 years ago. Corporate decided servers weren't their bread and butter. I switched jobs in town and daily they remember me from Outback. It's a shame really. I went to Outback this week and it was DEAD. 3 tables during the dinner rush. The new CEO played it wrong. I'll be surprised if they even exist in 5 years.
