Pros

You are paid on time.

Cons

They watch you through the cameras like a hawk. You can't even get a bottle of water without being told to go to your desk. They micromanaging everything. They change what and how you do something constantly, because they haven't got a consistent approach. Their recover success rates are very low and they use predatory pricing to see how much they can get from someone. They encourage an approach which is the opposite of transparency. Preferring the smoke and mirrors approach. You make 1% commission. But only on successfully recovered cases, they claim 99% success but really its like 30-40% from what I saw. Those cases will be spread amongst mostly the managers to close and youl be left doing the donkey work. They wont even handle their own data entry or logistics stuff themselves. Youl be there to sell stuff be be asked to handle the technician roles. I wouldn't reccomend them.
