      Fun work and environment. Good career advancement opportunities. Great year-end parties.

      Cons

      The cut throat environment was very stressful. Team dynamics were also quite antagonistic. Management tend to micro-manage. Very difficult to liquidate your stock options even though they are part of the overall compensation.
