It has competitive salary levels, excellent benefits packages and equity participation. It is well-supported by investors and has un-matched connections within the gaming industry.
Cons
Teams experience changes in organizational structure and business focus on a frequent basis without always being given time to prove out the new direction. Management seems easily influenced by the most loudly complaining voices, which are not necessarily those with the best interests of the overall business in mind.
