Pros
Good food, events, benefits and office space; but only because of the local management.
Cons
Upper management in Vegas is horrible and makes drastic decisions that significantly impact the day to day vibe. You can't feel good about the company or what you do every day because there is always a stone being thrown. Just don't do it. Find a company that instills integrity, professionalism, people advocacy and success. There are plenty of companies out there that do!
