The company works hard to keep the employees happy. During the pandemic they've translated their perks creatively and effectively. The company does a good job with transparency and really truly cares about their employees.
Cons
Defining roles with expectations and criteria to advance could improve, there is room to move up and laterally inside the company its just not clearly represented as to how to achieve that.
