      PLOS has a nice work culture where work-life balance is valued. The mission of the organization is positive and people really care about what they do.

      Cons

      In general I really enjoyed working at PLOS and don't have much to say that's not positive.

      Ambitious and idealistic, so plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Ambitions are sometimes too high.
