      Pros

      - Super friendly colleagues - Solid approach to Open Science Mission - Great flexibility in work life balance

      Cons

      - Structural issues within the organisation seems to mean that time is not amply given to personal objectives and development,. - Extremely poor communication during probationary period, no objectives set and while not passing probation is upon myself - Absolutely no indication was provided to my progress (despite asking) and no discussion was had on this earlier in the process.

      Ambitious and idealistic, so plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Ambitions are sometimes too high.
