      Pros

      Amazing place to work. I've loved pretty much everything about it. There are amazing technical challenges, and everyone has an amazing time doing it. This has been my first time working in a truly global organization, and it's really been a fun, enlightening, and engaging experience.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Benefits are amazing, environment is amazing, people are amazing. I can't think of a bad thing to say.

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
