Pros
You are really taken care of here. - There is catering for a lot of lunches - Fully stocked pantry - There is a really healthy culture of helping each other - Hours are flexible to work around your life - Work from home up to 2 days a week, - Salary/Bonuses/Insurance are all great But the best part is definitely the team. When everyone really cares and works hard, it makes contributing feel really rewarding. I love working here.
Cons
You do really have to be productive here- it matters. If you are looking for a relaxing job you can surf reddit all day at, this is definitely not it!
