Pros

PUBG is a worldwide game with a large following, but it is still young enough and humble enough that any employee who strongly feels that they have a good idea on how to improve things can be taken seriously and see their passion for the game's growth bear fruit. The management takes the opinions and ideas of the employees seriously and is constantly gathering feedback from the community managers of the various regions around the world in an effort to understand the needs and desires of players everywhere. One of the biggest pros to working at PUBG is that your voice is more likely to be heard, and as a result your ability as an individual to make an impact on a large scale is very real. Additionally, the much feared 'crunch time' that you hear about in the news is very minimal. Deadlines are planned with the goal of hitting them with normal work hours for the sake of long term sustainability and health, and management regularly insists that employees take vacations and don't make a habit of working after hours.

Cons

The company is young and recently went through a period of rapid growth, so the organizational structures and communication workflows are not quite settled down yet. This can make day to day discussion and decision making slow and difficult, even if things do eventually do generally get worked out with time and effort.

Pros

The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

Cons

The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
